What is EFT?

EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) is based on the knowledge of energy medicine. It has been developed by Gary Craig, a Stanford trained engineer and ordained minister. Gary came to this method when he was looking for ways to improve his game of golf. The technique is surprisingly easy to learn and can be safely applied by lay people.

It utilizes the knowledge of meridians and acupuncture points in order to eliminate emotional problems and physical complaints. It is safe, none invasive and produces long term results even where longstanding conventional therapy has failed. Despite impressive results the treatment is easily learned and can be applied by anybody. Often when the emotional issues are addressed physical symptoms subside that may have been bothersome for years.

To write a list where EFT can best be applied is superfluous. Gary Craig has a saying, which goes: “Apply it on everything”. However, to name but a few: anger we experience in every day situations, anxiety, worry, sadness, depression, stress and many more.
