What is EFT?
EFT is a healing modality which is similar to Acupuncture but it doesn´t use any needles instead one uses two fingers to tap on certain acupuncture points while repeating a certain phrase, like an affirmation, at the same time. It can be applied almost anywhere, by anyone and on anything. It is not necessary that one relives the whole trauma like in psycho analysis sessions and yet it can be even more effective.
How can I heal my emotional hurts?
EFT which stands for Emotional Freedom Technique says that the cause of all negative emotion is a disruption in the bodies´ energy system. By applying a simple tapping routine while repeating an affirmation at the same time the emotional hurt can be healed within minutes.
Why is it so important to heal emotional hurts?
Emotional hurts are what is keeping us stuck in a particular way of being or operating. If we erase the emotional memory from our cells it is like all the heavy burdens are suddenly taken from us. We become free and oft chronic complaints can vanish at the same time. As we change from the inside our outer world starts to reflect our new believe. Not instantly but bit by bit. As we start to respond different to what used to trigger a negative emotion we start to see changes in our relationships and our live as a whole.
What is an emotional hurt?
To give an example a small child, maybe 3 or 4 years of age, gets told off, for something that his brother or sister has done. It always seems to get it even so it is innocent in the matter. The child starts noticing this and decides to behave differently. As it grows into an adult over the years his believe that other people can´t be trusted is ingrained in his behavior and now it is reality. Through our believe we reinforce the experience and hold it in place. As an example out of my own life. I had the experience that I was able to feel exactly where another person´s pain in the body was. That caused me to believe that I could take on other people’s illness. So if I came across somebody with a cold I instantly would also develop a cold. I haven´t had a cold since..
